40 is such a milestone, isn't it? It's time to do something big.

Instead of rounds of drinks or gifts, please support my birthday fundraiser to help fund an initiative at the Mid Ohio Food Collective to provide personal hygiene products to my struggling neighbors in Central Ohio. It would mean the world to me. I have a lofty goal - $40 for each of my 40 years. Please consider being a piece of that total. This is truly pay what you can. Consider this: $40 could provide several months of menstrual products. Or six months of toothpaste and shampoo. Or several packs of diapers. Laundry detergent. Body wash. All of these necessary things that many of us take for granted and never run out of. Necessary things that make sure we can show up to work, school, and other commitments. Necessary things that are a crucial piece of personal dignity, a basic right owed to us all.
